Firearms, ammunition, magazines, etc. purchased online by a Massachusetts resident through our site may be picked up in-store with the necessary MA License to Carry or FID Card; for orders restricted to law enforcement sales only, we will also require a valid law enforcement ID. It is illegal to ship firearms to anyone not holding an active Federal Firearms License (FFL). For that reason, firearms purchased online may be picked up at our store or shipped to an FFL (gun store) near you. We may contact and verify the FFL you select during checkout before we ship your firearm(s). The buyer is encouraged to contact the receiving FFL licensee before purchase. Please be aware we will only transfer the gun to the actual buyer; we cannot substitute a different transferee on your order.
Per Federal law, the following restrictions are placed on the sale or transfer of these categories of firearms:
Handguns : purchaser must be at least 21 years old, and a resident of the state the "handgun" is to be shipped to.
Long Guns : purchaser must be at least 18 years old. We also require the purchaser is a resident of the state the "long gun" is to be shipped to. Please note that any firearms that are designated "Pistol Grip Firearm" or "Receiver" in their product description are not considered a long gun, and would fall under the following category of "Other" Firearms.
All online gun, ammunition, & pre-ban magazine sales are final. No returns or exchanges on gun, ammunition, or pre-ban magazine purchases.
All eligible merchandise returns purchased online will be refunded to the card originally used for the purchase. Items must be complete and in like-new condition, in original packaging and include original sales receipt. Eligible merchandise returns will be accepted within 30 days of the original purchase date listed on the receipt. The buyer is responsible for all costs associated with the return shipment.
Canceled online orders (whether canceled by the customer, or canceled by the seller due to compliance issues) are subject to a 20% restocking fee on the full receipt total. Any remaining down payment must be refunded to the card originally used for the purchase. Please confirm that your purchase is compliant and able to be transferred to you before placing your order.

All new firearms are shipped in the original manufacturer's packaging, with magazine(s), accessories and applicable warranty. Firearms requiring warranty work must be returned to the factory within 1 year of purchase for repair. Accessories and special order items not normally sold by our store will not be covered under warranty even if these products are part of an integrated firearms package, unless we have guaranteed the entire package in writing. Please contact the original manufacturer for warranty information on all accessories and special order items.

All orders are shipped promptly from a distributor warehouse or in-store inventory within 3 - 10 business days using UPS, FedEx, or USPS. Tracking numbers are available for items shipped via UPS and FedEx.
Online inventory changes every day. Occasionally an item may appear on the site by mistake or the item's description may contain a typographical error. We do not guarantee that titles, descriptions, pictures or prices on our site are error-free. We reserve the right to refuse any order including but not limited to orders for items with errors in the description or price. In the event that we cancel an order due to a price or description error, we will not charge the customer's credit card or we will refund the money.
You must be 18 or older to purchase rifle or shotgun ammunition and 21 or older to purchase handgun ammunition. All ammunition will be shipped ground with adult signature required. Always make sure to use the correct ammunition for your specific firearms. Check your local laws for any other regulations. If your state or local laws require any kind of permit or license for the purchase or possession of ammunition, we will require a copy of the permit or license for our records before we are able to ship your order.
